    PROBLEM:

    How to give Staff Users access to CI and Asset Management View in Remedyforce CMDB


    SOLUTION:

     

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration | Manage Users | Clients
    2.  
    3. Open the User in question
    4.  
    5. Select the appropriate access for Asset Management and CI Management View. Click Save

    Once you Enabled these setting , Also make sure to check the classes object level permission ,since in some case the new button will be greyed out
