    How to add columns to the Tickets and Request view in the SelfService


    ANSWER:

     

       
    1. Go to Setup | Create | Objects | Select the incident object
    2.  
    3. Go to Field Set section
    4.  
    5. Click Edit next to Self Service: View Tickets and Request.
    6.  
    7. Add corresponding fields
    8.  
    9. Click save.
