Remedyforce Console Configuration Item (CI) lookup defaults to show only CI's linked to client instead of all.  How do I configure it to show all?

    QUESTION:

    Remedyforce Console CI lookup defaults to show only CI's linked to client instead of all.  How do I configure it to show all?


    ANSWER:

    To default to all Configuration Items (CIs) select the CI before selecting a Client.

    The Design is when a Client is selected a filter is applied that only returns CIs linked to the Client, but when the CI lookup is selected before selecting a Client the filter is not applied.
