When submitting a Service Request with an attachment using OBO, the REQ doesn't get submitted and the following error appears:
"Error (326): Required field cannont be blank.; NTE-SYS-NT Process Control : Request ID02 Ticket"
The issue can be worked around by making an update to the Filter (see attachment):
