In MyIT 3.3.02, Error 326 occurs when submitting a Service Request On-Behalf-Of another user (with attachment)

    PROBLEM:

    When submitting a Service Request with an attachment using OBO, the REQ doesn't get submitted and the following error appears, If the request is not on behalf, or does not have the attachment it works fine. 


    "Error (326): Required field cannont be blank.; NTE-SYS-NT Process Control : Request ID02 Ticket"


    CAUSE:

    the SRM:SRI:CreateRequest_110_CreateWorkInfo filter was not passing the Request # on which would then be used in the filter to create the Work Log.


    SOLUTION:

    The issue can be worked around by making an update to the Filter:

    SRM:SRI:CreateRequest_110_CreateWorkInfo

    1. login to Developer studio
    2. find the filter SRM:SRI:CreateRequest_110_CreateWorkInfo
    3. create overlay on the filter
    4. add 'Request Number' mapping to $Request Number$.

    This is defect Defect SW00543908 and addressed from version 18.05
