Work Orders without assignee still showing under 'Assigned To Me' view of Overview Console and Work Order Console

    PROBLEM:

    Work Orders without assignee are still showing under 'Assigned To Me' view of Overview Console and Work Order Console.

    Steps that would reproduce this issue:

       
    • Login with a Work Order user and add both the Overview Console and Work Order Console to your home page
    •  
    • Create a new Work Order and assign to the logged in user
    •  
    • Click on IT Home Page
    •  
    • Select "Assigned To Me" from the 'Show' and 'View By' menus
    •  
    • The new Work Order should now be listed in both consoles
    •  
    • Open the same Work Order again and manually clear the 'Request Assignee' field and save the request
    •  
    • Click on IT Home Page
    •  
    • Select "Assigned To Me" from the 'Show' menu
    •  
    • Work Order without assignee still showing in the consoles:

    CAUSE:

    Defect SW00507118


    SOLUTION:

    Defect SW00507118 is marked as fixed in SRM 9.1 SP1

    In this version, the Run If of filter "WOI:WOI:SetRequestAssigneeLoginId" was changed from:

     

      ('TR.Request Assignee' != $NULL$)
      
    To:
       
      ('TR.Request Assignee' != $NULL$) OR ('TR.Request Assignee' != 'DB.Request Assignee')
      
     
      This will then assure that the 'ASLOGID' field is reset when the 'Request Assignee' field is manually cleared.
