Digital Workplace Catalog: After Approval no response is being sent

    PRODUCT:

    MyIT Service Broker



    PROBLEM:

    The SB Stub Request form shows the update as 'Approved'  however the transmission status shows as 'waiting to be sent'


    SOLUTION:

    The path to the remoteaction.sh was not updated in the SB:RemoteApprovalConfiguration form as per the following docs:

    Once this was done it resolved the problem.
