    PROBLEM:

    BMC Helix Remedyforce: Custom Images does not Display in the Self Service Site Portal for Clients
     


    CAUSE:

    Users does not have read permissions for SelfService Themes and SelfServices Images object


    SOLUTION:

    This comes as a part of configuring Self Service. Provide read access to both objects in order to display the images. Refer to the following article to check how configure the Self Service site for clients
