    QUESTION:

    The scenario is as follows:

There is a migrated CDAM file for a report that was once in Control-D/V.
The report has expired so Control-D no longer knows about this report. There are no references to it in either the Active or Migrated User files.
Is it possible to re-create the original CDAM file from this migrated CDAM file so it can be re-decollated?

    ANSWER:

Use the CTVUNMIG utility. This utility allows you to create the original CDAM file from the Migrated CDAM file.
The utility is documented in the Utilities Guide where you will also find sample JCL.
