    Caused by: com.bmc.arsys.api.ARException: ERROR (623): Authentication failed; No such user; guest users are disallowed in MyIT
     


    CAUSE:

    User ID transformation


    SOLUTION:

    Resolution # If you are using RSSO and have any transformation, make sure you handle that transformation at the RSSO level
