    Have MyIT Self Service and want to update to BMC Digital Workplace Basic?

     

    • Install the latest BMC Digital Workplace Installer.
    • When presented with package options, choose BMC Digital Workplace Basic.

     

    Have MyIT Digital Workplace on-premise and want to update your software?

     

    • Install the latest BMC Digital Workplace Installer.
    • When presented with package options, choose BMC Digital Workplace Advanced.

    This does not enable the enhanced Catalog including banners and rich profiles.

    Have MyIT Digital Workplace on-demand and want to update your software?

     

    • Please contact your account representative to request the update.

     

    Have MyIT Digital Workplace and want to upgrade to BMC Digital Workplace Advanced?

    Available to customers who have purchased and paid the upgrade fee, please contact your account representative for purchase information.

    • If you’ve purchased BMC Digital Workplace Advanced, select “Advanced” in the “BMC Digital Workplace Installer” option, as well as the “BMC Digital Workplace Catalog” installer to get the full solution.

     

    Have MyIT Service Broker and MyIT Self-Service and want to update your software?

     

    • Install “BMC Digital Workplace Installer” > Select “Advanced”.
    • Next, install the “BMC Digital Workplace Catalog” Installer.

    This does not enable Location, Appointment, Service Health, etc. features.

    • Install “BMC Digital Workplace Installer” > Select “Advanced”.
    • Next, install the “BMC Digital Workplace Catalog” Installer.
