Issue Summary: Support staff cannot add work details to HPD:Help Desk form due to long user name

    SOLUTION:

    Legacy ID:KA364999

The number at the end of the error is the field ID that is having the problem, 536870913. It is not on the form opened by the user. Otherwise, the field name would be displayed. So, there is workflow pushing the email address to another form and that is where the error is occuring. An Active link/Filter log should show when the email address is being set to the field ID. It will include the form name.

Your choices are to decrease the address', or increase the field's, size. Increasing the field size is customization and may impact fields on other forms, so be sure to test carefully before implementing in a Prod environment.
