    ANSWER:

    Legacy ID:KA428205

In windows Environment open armonitor.cfg file and look for arserver.exe line where we need to append -t at the end of arserver.exe line.

    For example:---

    "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arserver.exe" --unicode -i "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem" -l "C:\Program Files\Common Files\AR System\Licenses\clm-pun-011127" -m

    To

    "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arserver.exe" --unicode -i "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem" -l "C:\Program Files\Common Files\AR System\Licenses\clm-pun-011127" -m -t

Then start ARServer service from Services console. It will generate startup logs in C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\ARServer\Db\ location and name of the file is "arstartup_trace-2015-07-08-08-05-31.log". (Note 2015-07-08-08-05-31 is Date and Time when we started ARServer service)

I have attached sample ARServer Startup file.

In "arstartup_trace-2015-07-08-08-05-31.log" at the bottom when it shows "Service running and waiting for clients to connect." which indicates ARServer service is started successfully.
