    Attached are the results of the survey we recently conducted.  Although we didn't hit our goal of at least 30 responses, we came close and received enough data to provide some insight. Note: With this survey, I simply summarized the data and did not inject my own observations and conclusions as I did not want to alter anyone's view of the information.


    Future Surveys?

    I would like to continue these types of surveys in other areas of the product and Service Management space if you see value.  The surveys provide the option for the user to remain anonymous.  The intent is to give you more insight into what the customer base is doing and/or thinking.  If you have any suggestions for additional survey topics and/or the approach, please feel free to post your ideas or contact me directly to discuss ( Thanks
