arcarte displays usersync error related to SSL even if SR is not using SSL - Unable to call AdministartionService by https
Users get synced in SR still arcarte displays SSL errors
- There looks to be few users in smart reporting which are not available in remedy like siadmin. Means users directly created manually in smart reporting.
- Usersync job tries to search these users in remedy to check the modify/delete criteria.
- As these users are not available in remedy, the request goes in loop and in such cases it throws this SSL error in logs.
- However, this is not harmful and can be ignored, as new users are getting created in smart reporting through user sync.
