    QUESTION:

Real End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) Cloud Probe Is Not Capturing Traffic After Fresh Installation, What can be wrong?

    ANSWER:

When deploying Real End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) Cloud Probe on a dedicated system receiving a data feed, the promiscuous mode should be enabled on the NIC Cloud Probe is listening to. This configuration has to be reboot persistent or a manual intervention will be necessary after a reboot of the appliance.
Cloud Probe has epx_system.info file that show a system information including a net card data.

    File can be found at:
    <InstallationPath>cloudprobe/staging/var/log/epx/epx_system.info
