    The Asset Advanced Search needs some indexing support or something that will make the turnaround quicker

    Issue Summary: The Asset Advanced Search needs some indexing support or something that will make the turnaround quicker

     

     


    SOLUTION:

     

    Legacy ID:KA382320

      

    1. Analyzed the log using log analyzer and found long running API calls on "AST:Relation_BaseElement_Locale form"

    2. "AST:Relation_BaseElement_Locale" is a join form of AST:BaseElement and SHR:SchemaNames regular forms

    3. Suggested to create indexes on below fields on "AST:BaseElement" regular form to improve search performance

    Serial Number
    CI Name
    CI ID
    Status
    Product Name
    Manufacturer
    Requisition ID
    Order ID
    Region
    Site

    4. It improved Asset Advanced Search performance
