    Remedy AR System Server


    BMC Remedy AR System Server



    Attempting to run the OOTB web reports from reporting console and getting the following error:

    An error had occurred. Please see your administrator. (ARERR 9426)

    Reports that contained a graph would fail, but the reports without a graph worked.

    Server Platform: Linux Red Hat ES 5.0 x64 64b native
    Database: Oracle 11.x
    Web Server: Apache Tomcat 6.0.x

    SEVERE: Error happened while running the report.
    java.lang.InternalError: Can't connect to X11 window server using 'localhost:10.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.

    Resolve problem by adding the "headless" parameter in the Mid-Tier startup.sh file. Verify if your Java_options are set for the Djava.awt.headless. Entries should be found in one of the following files you would have to point to your correct java path.
