ServiceOfferingInstance is failing with an error
BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 2.x
uuid reference in CSM.log file ("object having uuid" for 'com.bmc.cloud.model.beans.Callout') is not available in BMC_Callout form.
1: "BMC_Callout" form at Cloud DB should have an entry for "CSM Change integration HTTP Callout" Name with an UUID which is being reference in CSM.log file.
2: If no records found then search with the "CSM Change integration HTTP Callout" as Name and set the "MarkAsDeleted" field to "yes"
3: Restart the Cloud Plug-in service (kb.bmc.com/infocenter/index) on Enterprise AR server.
4: Stop the Platform Manager service (BMCCSM) and delete the "cache" folder (<installation directory>/BMCCloudLifeCycleManagement/Platform_Manager) and "bundle" directory under "org.eclipse.osgi"directory (<installation directory/BMCCloudLifeCycleManagement/Platform_Manager/configuration).
5: Start the Platform Manager service (BMCCSM) which will create fresh cache from Cloud DB and submit a SOI request which will create an entry in BMC_Callout form for "CSM Change integration HTTP Callout"
The KA - kb.bmc.com/infocenter/index will help to restart the Cloud Plugin service without restarting AR Services on Enterprise AR machine.
