Atrium CMDB - ARERR [3600] Internal error.

    PROBLEM:

     

    This error message appears immediately after initiating several different functions after CMDB install/upgrade and they do not run:

    1) Atrium Core Console
    2) Asset Management Explore
    3) Change Management Dashboard / Change Success Rate display

     

     


    CAUSE:

    Midtier needs to be restarted after CMDB install/upgrade


    SOLUTION:

     

    Flush the Midtier Cache from the Midtier Configuration Page and restart Midtier.

    It can take some minutes to start completely.
