    SOLUTION:

    Legacy ID:KA413775

Customer was running two jobs at same time.
One is the sandbox job (who gets triggered by Asset 4-6 times per minute) and the other is a big (800000 CIs) ID job in a different dataset.
Customer notices some times the Sandbox job gets stuck and does not continue.
After X amount of time (30 minutes most of the time) the job somehow is resumed. The same resume happens if they stop or pause the other Big ID job.

In the logs of the sandbox job we can see:
[2014/05/28 15:33:53.7309] [DETAILS] [TID: 0000000044] : <Chunking = 1> Started waiting for all the threads to finish for group OI-62764F28E6A711E3B3C9000084FAFEEC

This suggested some thread management issue.
RE has two thread pools. One is for continuous and the other for Batch jobs.
Knowing this we suggested they make Sandbox job a continuous job and to run every 2 minutes (the minimum). Once this was done we had no further issues.
