    Script Name: df
    Error Message: Unexpected output format

    SOLUTION:

    Legacy ID:KA389131

Looking at the session log, the command returns what appears to be a password prompt. On checking with the customer, we found that in this environment, privileged escalation is not required for the df command, and so it was not configured for sudo on the target host.

The solution is to set PRIV_DF back to the default (no /usr/bin/sudo).
