    UDM and Plugin Error in New Request

    1. After I select the request from catalog and when the service request details is displayed I get:
    Exception occur while retrieving USM data. (ARWARN 150502)


    2. Then, I fill the request out and press the Submit button, after a few seconds, I get:
    No es posible establecer una conexión de red con el servidor AR System Plug-In. (ARERR 8760)
    (Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System Plug-In server)


    3. Submitting a Service Request will throw: El conector especificado no existe. (ARERR 8755)

    Problem was with the Atrium Path under Configuration and Plugin Files.


    Incorrect Path: ....\BMCAtriumCore\cmdb
    Correct Path: ....\BMCAtriumCore\cmdb


    Correct Atrium Path has been updated on the following files to Resolve the Issue

    1) ar.cfg
    2) armonitor.cfg
    3) <ar-install-dir>\pluginsvr\pluginsvr_config.xml


    Verify that the \Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore\cmdb\plugins\pluginsvr_config.xml and log4j_pluginsvr.xml files in both "NE" and "Shared" directories are updated properly. The files should contain actual paths instead of environment variable references.


    The Above path is just a reference and will be different in different scenarios. However, the point of check is in the above mentioned file.


    Once the Correct Path is mentioned, then Restart the AR Server Services.
