Remedy IT Service Management Suite - a user having Incident User permission in the people form is not able to see the Incident Management application

    PROBLEM:

     

    Problem: Problem Access to the Incident Management Console.

      


    A user having Incident User permission in the people form is not able to see the option "Incident Management" in the application


     

     


    CAUSE:

    The AR System Application State form contains invalid information for the Remedy Incident Management application.


    SOLUTION:

     

    Check if the application permissions are displayed on the user profile.

      

    Check that the state of the application Remedy Incident Management is set to "Production" in the AR System Application State form, if not then change it and restart the arserver.
