      Unable to login to TSPS - Error: You are not authorized to use this system.


      The TrueSight.log shows the following exception:

      com.bmc.truesight.rest.exception.RESTInvocationException: 403 User doesn't have any authprofile associated.

      The exception in the log indicates that the authprofile for the user could not be found.
      Add the authprofile to the user group using following steps:
      1) Connect to the database from - C:\Program Files\BMC Software\TrueSightPServer\truesightpserver\modules\pgsql\bin\pgAdmin3
      2) Connect to database >> tables >> usergroup
      3) Run the following sql statement: update usergroup set authProfile_id='f1411589-954c-4b90-9b59-cf2c2421b4e9' where id = '70a778fe-4b16-4ac7-a9c5-6100d3f03d8f'; for 'Administrators' group
      4) Restart TSPS.
