unable to update process Designer Configuration - error 0 -Abydos.ARF.ARADMINPASS (ARERR 8755)

    PROBLEM:

     

    OS - AIX 6.1

      

    DB - oracle

      

    ARSystem - 7.6.04 sp2

      

    Process Designer 8.3.2

      

    SRM 7.6.04 Sp2

      

    When updating password from Process Designer configuration page, user receive below error

    In Filter logs, it showing below error

      

    Checking "ABYD:ARIJob:SubmitForProcessing_ARF" (500)
       --> Passed -- perform actions

    Steps taken to Resolve the issue

      

    01. Confirmed the below entries in ar.conf

      

    Server-Plugin-Alias: ABYDOS.ARID.FILTERAPI ABYDOS.ARID.FILTERAPI uslcars03:4244
    Server-Plugin-Alias: ABYDOS.ARF.ARADMINPASS ABYDOS.ARF.ARADMINPASS uslcars03:4244

     

      

    02. Confirm the pluginsvr_config.xml entries

        03. we confirmed that customer was using 1.5 IBM Java and that have caused this issue  
        
            
        
        04. After we changed the java path for plugin sever to point java 1.6 in armonitor.conf  
        
            
        
        05. We able to update the process designer configuration without any issue.
