    Self Service site is not available.



    NOTE: If the site was not registered prior to the segue from Trial to Production to fix the issue will required a code change by DEV.

    Workaround: Register the SSD site prior to the transition of SDoF from Trial to Production.

    If the site is already in production open a case with BMC Software containing the following information:
    The SSD site name:

    NOTE: It must end in and cannot contain dashes.

    The Org ID:
    The Remedyforce Administrators Username and Password

    ALL the infomration is required to register the site name.
