    PROBLEM:

    Custom APEX Class to create mails with nothing in Email Subject stopped working


    SOLUTION:

     

      Issue occurred because the Class' test cases had not been run.  When the customer switched from trial to production the Force platform disables all not tested APEX Classes. 
     
    Redeploy the APEX Class. 
      1. Create a Sandbox.  
    2. Test the custom code in the Sandbox.  
    3. Redeploy the package.  
    4. Wait for package to push from Force (up to 30 minutes)  
    5. Verify email with blank a subject is  processed into cases.
