Unable to log into Remedyforce. Error: The signature in the assertion is not valid.

    PROBLEM:

    Users unable to log into Remedyforce via Single Sign-On.

    Error: Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed.  Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information.


    CAUSE:

    The Salesforce key and the customers ADFS key did not match.


    SOLUTION:

    Export the key from ADFS and import it into Salesforce so that both keys match.
