    1. The version of ARS that was installed is 9.0.1.

    I would like to confirm this is the latest version/patch installed.
    The "BMC Remedy Action Request System" record on the SHARE:Application_Properties form shows "BuildVersion = Build002".
    Is there a version/patch later than this available for download?

    => Yes, this is the Latest Version/Patch available of 9.0.01.

    2. Installing with the Portuguese language pack while upgrading to Atrium Core 9.0.1

    The Atrium Core Installer does not give me an option to select the Portuguese as an addition language while choosing the "Upgrade" option. What would I need to do to install this additional language pack while doing the Atrium CMDB upgrade?

    => Run the installer in upgrade mode to add the new locale to the server first followed by CMDB, AI and then ITSM.
