    PROBLEM:

There are Chinese/Japanese characters in the datastore such as "????" which display properly in the Web UI. However, when exported to a CSV file and opened in Excel, they do not display correctly. How can this be corrected?

The CSV file will be exported in UTF8 format. It should display correctly in Notepad, but by default Excel does not open in UTF and thus will not display correctly. In order to do so, please follow these steps:

    1. From a new worksheet, Data tab "From Text".
    2.
    3. Select the file in question, "Import".
    4.
    5. Select UTF8 as the File Origin.
    6.
    7. Select "Load".
