    PROBLEM:

     

    Some of our monitors are getting these 2 errors since TM ART's upgrade to 4.1 and we've apply the latest service packs.

      

    WebPageUrl(HTTP: 1011 - unexpected connection close during read., recv() failed)
    and
    WebUrl(3758556136 - unknown error code, SSL Connect)

    If you are using Silk-Performer 18.5, you should be testing this version with Truesight rather than TMART since that version of SilkPerformer is never tested with TMART.

    Cannot get SSL HTTPS web site's TM ART 4.1 monitors to work?
    Look at these knowledge articles

    4. Also get latest OpenSSL libraries with Heartbleed patch.

    5. If you still have the problem. Please try other security settings.

    Settings->Active Profile->Record (and Replay)->Internet->Security

    Try other settings for

    SSL Version (Try SSL3 first, I have seen that help customers a few times.)
    and
    Encryption strength

    6. Still a problem? It may be that your application is not acting in a standard way. You can run OpenSSL client to verify this.

    But what if you do not want to correct your app? Then try
    - Web Browser-Driven (AJAX)
    or
    -SilkTest

    In TMART , TM ART URL checker erroring WebPageUrl(HTTP: 1011 - unexpected connection close during read., recv()) 

    Please try and disable caching in IE on the execution server? Clear the cache of IE on the execution server before you do this.

    Here are the steps:

    1) From the top right corner of Internet Explorer 11, click the Gear icon gear icon.

    2) From the menu, select Internet options.

    3) On the General tab, locate the Browsing history section, and click Settings.

    4) On the Temporary Internet Files tab, confirm that Every time I visit the webpage is selected.

    5) On the Caches and databases tab, confirm that Allow website caches and databases is not selected.
        Website Data Settings > Caches and databases > Allow website caches unselected

    6) Click OK.
