    SOLUTION:

    Legacy ID:KA353180

The Execution Server may have been given too much work to do because of load balancing when several other Execution Servers were down. Perhaps this Execution Server got assigned to work of several other Execution Servers that were down and that is just too much work for one Execution Server to do,.

To prevent the Execution Server from running out of memory immediately, please delete the contents of the AgentBase directory. The AgentBase directory holds the information that tells the Execution Server what monitors to start executing. After you delete the contents it will be rebuilt after the Execution Server starts and connects to the AppServer.

    1. Stop the Execution Server service.
    2. Delete everything in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BMC\PM39\AgentBase
This may be in a different place in Windows 2008. The AgentBase directory has the same parent directory as the log directory
    3. Start the Execution Server service.
    4. Activate the Execution Server to connect the AppServer to the Execution Server.
