Alternate way to bring up a 32bit ODBC Data Sources configure dialog in a 64bit OS environment

    PROBLEM:

     

      User tool and ODBC driver install on a 64 bit system. When you try to configure or Add ODBC driver in User or System DSN tabs...... Getting "The setup routines for the AR System ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126" error.

    SOLUTION:

      With the 64-bit Windows OS,  there is a folder called SysWOW64 in Windows directory.  Inside this folder there's an executable called "odbcad32.exe".
      
        
      
      Run this executable to open ODBC Data Source Adminstrator dialog to add or configure the User or System DSN. This opens it up in 32-bit environment. DO NOT use the approach through Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC), as this opens the 64-bit list of ODBC drivers.
