    Plugin error:
<ARSYS.AREA.LDAP> <SEVERE> Bind: Can't connect to the LDAP server (LDAPERR Code 91)

The following are some of the errors being displayed at the end user's side:
    "ARERR 9382: Authentication Failed"
"Invalid Password or Authentication String ARERR 329"

    Legacy ID:KA400104

It is most likely the configuration present for the AREA plugin is not correct in the ar.cfg file having multiple AREA LDAP server configurations.

    For example:
    Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\areahub.dll"
    Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\arealdap.dll"

    AREA-Hub-Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\arealdap.dll"
    AREA-Hub-Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\arealdap.dll"
    AREA-Hub-Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\areasso.dll"

This shows the configuration using AREAHUB to run multiple AREA LDAPs (2 of them) plus AREASSO.
There can only ever be one AREA plugin when using the C plugin server. So there can only be one "Plugin:" line entry that references an AREA plugin. In this case, areahub.dll is the correct one.

Remove the line referring to the arealdap.dll plugin ("Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\arealdap.dll")
