    PROBLEM:

    Customer is getting error “Change to module <module name> failed because imported name <name> version <version1> from <name> does not match required version <version2> at line <line number>” and “Pattern Activation Failed” when uploading TKU.

    CAUSE:

    Uploaded the wrong version of TKU for appliance version.


    SOLUTION:

    Customer uploaded TKU-System-2016-04-1-ADDM-10.2+ on an appliance running BMC Discovery 11.0.0.1. Need to upload the April TKU for version 11.0.0.1 in order to activate the patterns successfully.
