NRTWH Queue age continuously increases ( above 1 day ) and wh.log reports "No request details found " errors

    PROBLEM:

    red-sys queue is increasing rapidly on daily basis but when we check quick analysis of a system it seems datawarehouse is processing latest data correctly without any gaps. In wh.log file we found this

    CAUSE:

    Defect QM001955306


    SOLUTION:

    Workaround to fix the problem,

       
    1. Stop your datahub ./cpit stop datahub
    2.  
    3. Rename your existing $CPITBASE/nrtwh folder to something else for example nrtwh_backup_160224
    4.  
    5. Create new blank folder nrtwh i.e. mkdir nrtwh
    6.  
    7. Start datahub i.e. ./cpit start datahub
    The fix for defect # QM001955306 is available in CHF   10.5.00.00.C00008 and   10.3.00.01.C00011
