    PROBLEM:

    "Content import failed for product ITSM(and Vairous other modules) with error reason = Error in validating AR credentials provided ar of admin"


    SOLUTION:

    1. Delete all the records from the form “SmartReporting_ClientOrg_Content_Info”

    A) Open this form from application console. URL: http://HostName:Port/arsys/forms/HostName/SmartReporting_ClientOrg_Content_Info

    B) Type ‘%’ in Request ID field and click on search

    C) Select All and click on Delete.

    2. Delete the existing client organization (by login to Smart Reporting console with siadmin credentials)

    3. Run the Onboarding activity again

    4. Run the Content Import process.
