    PROBLEM:

    Unable to configure Report setting in Mid-Tier configuration tool - Smart Reporting
     


    CAUSE:

    Smart Reporting Port should be open


    SOLUTION:

     Necessary ports needs to be open in order to add reporting URL in the report setting.
