ITSM Universe is not visible in the CMC or Universe designer after install

    PROBLEM:

    Completed the install of the BMC Analytics which completed successfully but when going through the verification steps i realized that the ITSM universe was not visible in the console.


    SOLUTION:

    Log into UDT & CMC to verify but could not locate ITSM universe

    - Redirect to Promotion Management console where we could not access due to errors

    - Launch Servers console where mostly all the servers were in disabled mode. Enable the servers & Promotion Management console could be accessed

    - Re-run the Analytics installer in Reconfiguration mode by which the ITSM universe could be imported in UDT
