    PROBLEM:

    Upgrade to Remedyforce Summer '16 Failed. Error: Product Not Found.


    CAUSE:

    Issue with Salesforce Government Cloud orgs.


    SOLUTION:

    There was an issue with install packages in the Salesforce Government Cloud.  This was resolved by Salesforce and installs in the Government Cloud will now run.
