BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
Survey page will not display answers for Questions.
Question missing permission for Self Service Profile.
1. Log into BMC Helix Remedyforce as Administrator.
2. Go to Setup.
3. Under Develop click Sites.
4. Click Self Service under Site Label column.
5. Click on "Public Access Settings" button.
6. Under Field-Level Security click on "View" under Survey Object.
7. Click Edit.
8. Check "Visible" for questions.
10. Verify Survey displays as expected.
