    How to Add Fields to Submit a Ticket Form in Self Service 3.0 on BMC Helix Remedyforce?

     


    SOLUTION:

     

        
      
        
      
      1. Login to Remedyforce 
      
      2. Go to Remedyforce Administrator 
      
      3. Click on Manage Objects | Create and Edit Objects  
    4. Select Incident Object  
    5. Click on Field Sets  
    6. Click Edit on " Self Service - Ticket Layout "  
    7. Add fields by dragging a dropping for the field box  
    8. Click Save  
    9. Log into Self Service and verify field displays as expected.
