    PROBLEM:

     

      How to Request Email Log files in Remedyforce?

     


    SOLUTION:

     

      Requesting Salesforce Email Logs:
    1. Login to salesforce Org.
    2. Click Setup.
    3. Click Monitoring | Select Email Log Files or Logs | Select Email Log Files.
    4. Click Request an Email Log.
    5. Enter Start Time | Enter End Time.
    6. In Notification Recipients field Enter an Email address | Click Submit Request.
    7. Verify logs are sent to the specified recipient.

    If  you are using external system such as Gmail or Office 365 as Emails sent through external systems such as Gmail or Office 365 are not shown in email logs.
