Task Closed Date Field Value is Not Populated Automatically when a Custom Trigger is Used in Remedyforce Console.
Salesforce execution order
In Salesforce, the order in which triggers get executed is not fixed. It may be the case that earlier, Remedyforce trigger execute and after that custom trigger execute.
Hence it appeared to be working fine before.
The only possible solution here is to update the "Close Date" field value in the custom trigger itself and not depend on Remedyforce trigger logic.
