When an Event Policy is applied to a work order, which automatically sets the Due Date or Expected Completion Date, the values may appear as previous dates and/or times.
This occurs if the configured operating hours are viewed by the system as being out of order. For example, if operating hours are set from 12:01 AM - 12:00 AM, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 AM, the system views these times as being out of order.
This is a known issue which has not yet been resolved in the current version of the product.
If you are experiencing this issue, please open a new support case and refer to Track-It! Defect number DRZOZ-4361 - "Expected Completion and Due Date calculations not respecting operating hours while on hold in Track-It! 11.4 SP1".
Your case will be associated with the defect, and you will be able to view the defect status in your case in the Defects section.
