ARS 9.x encounters performance issue with time out errors on AR User facing servers

    PROBLEM:

    Remedy Server exhibits non-response hand condition.


    CAUSE:

    Defect SW00514226 User license deadlock issues. SQL activity causes blocking/deadlock conditions on the servgrp_applic database table.


    SOLUTION:

    Hot fix available to address this defect.

    SW00514226    User license deadlock issues fix   fixed on  08/05/2016.


    Apply the most current hot fix package for the server on all servers in the server group.  Hot fix can be downloaded from the following location
    ftp://ftp.bmc.com/pub/ARRecommendedFixes/
