    PROBLEM:

    Cannot Create Support Group Assignment Rule as the Support Company and Organization is not having Values in Remedy 9.1

    SOLUTION:

    1) Create an Overlay for Active Link: HPD:INC:AssignedGroup_RefreshMenu_100_OnOpen and update the Menu Changed from
    HPD:INC:SuppportGrps_Company
    to
    CTM:SGP:SupportGroup3-Q_VUI=SDView
    2) Flush the Midtier Cache
