Incident templates not showing up in Smart Recorder

    PROBLEM:

    When using the Smart Recorder in Smart IT the search result for incident template is empty.

    CAUSE:

    Configuration


    SOLUTION:


    1) Check name of company under template configuration
     
    2) Check company configuration on COM:Company form for that particular company which is configured in template
     
    3) Add type as "Service Provider" for that particular company
     
    4) Save changes
