    The Knowledge Base Article Demo Package for BSM Enablement contains knowledge base articles used in BMC Remedy Knowledge Management (RKM) 7.5.00. The knowledge base articles have a complete set of sample data already filled in to allow you to quickly install, search and view knowledge base articles for demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs).

    The intended audience for this package are Solution Consultants, Partners, Managed Services, and Customers to assist with demonstrations, POCs, and out-of-the-box (OOB) installations. 


    You can simply download the attached data package ( and the quick start card (QSC_BSMEnablement_RKM_7.5.00.pdf).  Review and follow the instructions provided in the quick start card to install the data package.


    To use this package and instructions, you should have a basic working knowledge of RKM.  BMC Remedy Knowledge Management requires a Microsoft Windows based client and you should use Microsoft Internet Explorer and AR System Mid-Tier to demo RKM.
